For window installation inspection, remember these 10 points:
1. Measure the profile width: Use a tape measure to check the profile width and make sure it
matches what is specified in the contract.

2. Check the glass surface: Carefully inspect the glass for scratches, chips, and bubbles.

3. Check the 3C stamp: Confirm that the glass has a clear 3C certification stamp.

4. Check the structural sealant: The structural sealant around the glass should be continuous and
full, with no missed spots or cracks.

5. Test the handle: Open and close the handle repeatedly. It should operate smoothly, without
sticking, looseness, or abnormal noise.

6. Check the sealing strips: The sealing strips on the frame and sash should be complete and
continuous, with no gaps, twisting, or detachment.

7. Check the thermal break strip: For the thermal break strip in the middle of the profile, make sur
it is a PA66GF25 nylon strip.

8. Check the screws: Check that all screws are properly installed and none are missing.

9. Test for air leaks: Hold a lit lighter near the window seam. If the flame flickers noticeably, there
an air leak.

10. Test for water leakage: Close the window on a piece of A4 paper, splash water on the outside o
the paper, and check whether the indoor side leaks or gets wet.
